The Association is fronted by its Executive Chairman (Mike Park) and two Vice Chairmen (Davie Lovie and William Wiseman), with the daily business of the Association being undertaken by Association Secretaries based in Fraserburgh (Archie Millar of c/o MacRae Stephen & Co, Solicitors).
Each Branch of the Association elects annually its own Board of Office Bearers, including a Chairman. Branch activities are co-ordinated by the Local Committee with local secretarial support.
The Board of the Association elects annually five representatives to attend meetings of SFF.
